Rachel Theriot and Yana Makutsa combined for 23 points in the second half to lead Tsmoki Minsk (1-2) to a 60-49 road win over Liepāja/LSSS (0-3) on Tuesday, November 30, at the Liepāja Olympic Center in western Latvia.

Rachel Theriot (Nebraska) scored 13 of her 20 points in the second half.
Point guard played an instrumental role in the Dragons run, increasing their lead up to 13 points midway the fourth quarter.
Theriot had four rebounds, four assists, four steals and five forced fouls for a game high efficiency rating of 20.
Yana Makutsa followed with 12 points, including eight consecutive points in the fourth quarter to seal the game.
Center scored 10 points in the second half. Makutsa added seven rebounds for a efficiency rating of 17.

Shooting guard grabbed four rebounds for a efficiency rating of 16.
Raivita Koreņika had six points and a game high 12 rebounds.
Elvija Veršele and Ance Aizsila scored seven points each.

Tsmoki Minsk had a huge third quarter and hold Liepāja to six points during that stretch.
Belarus vice champion won the second half 35-21, while Theriot and Makutsa outscored the home team.
