Raisa Musina scored 12 points, grabbed 15 rebounds and dished four assists in 20 minutes to fuel a 89-59 win for Nika Syktyvkar over Liepāja/LSSS on Friday, November 5, at ODFK center in Rostov on Don.

Alexandra Marchenkova led all scorers with 17 points. She added six rebounds and one steal for a efficiency rating of 17.
Raisa Musina became the most effective player on the court. Dynamic forward earned a quick double-double for a game high efficiency rating of 31.
Russia international connected 6-of-8 shots from the field, including a perfect 4-of-4 in the first quarter for a 23-17 lead.
Musina reigned under the baskets, grabbing 15 rebounds in just 20 minutes of action. She also stole the ball twice and blocked one shot.
Naignouma Coulibaly also posted a double-double. Mali standout had 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Raivita Koreņika led Liepāja with 12 points on 6-of-10 shooting. Forward added seven rebounds and three steals for a team high efficiency rating of 18.
Paula Kļeščova chipped in with seven points, four assists and two steals.
Daniela Grigorjeva had six points and five rebounds.
Key stats
Four Syktyvkar starters – Cherepanova, Kozhukhar, Musina and Psareva – are 188 centimeters high or taller. Daniela Grigojerva is the lone Liepāja player with the same height.
Syktyvkar outscored Liepāja in the paint 44-22, including a 22-10 dominance in the first half.
Premier League leader won the battle of rebounds 58-32.
Liepāja turned the ball over just 12 times, compared to 17 for Syktyvkar, and scored almost as much points off turnovers (13-14).
Rūdolfs Rozītis team went scoreless from the three point line for some 13 minutes midway the game.
Nika finished the first half with a 15-4 run to increase its lead up to 19 points 51-32.
Liepāja had to wait for another nine minutes to hit the next three pointer.
Syktyvkar lead reached 30 points by then 68-38.
Sanija Brikmane ended Liepāja`s scoring drought from the three point line 68-41.
Liepāja frontcourt suffered another blow early in the fourth quarter when Elvija Veršele got injured.
Game notes
Syktyvkar lineup featured three Russian national team candidates – point guard Marina Goldyreva, forwards Raisa Musina and Mariya Cherepanova.
Goldyreva played 17 minutes, Musina 20 minutes and Cherepanova 26 minutes.
Hind Ben Abdelkader joined Nika mid-October and hasn`t played yet.
Ketija Vihmane returned on the court after being sidelined for several weeks.
Ance Aizsila joined the team recently and played her first game for Liepāja.
