Horizont Minsk scored 46 points in the paint to beat previously undefeated Prometey Kamianske 84-73 and qualified for the 2021 EWBL final on Saturday, April 3, at Maladziechna sports center.

Anastasiya Verameyenka scored a team high 20 points on 10-of-13 shooting from the field to earn a game high efficiency rating of 31.
Belarus international added seven rebounds, six assists and one steal.
Verameyenka with her presence stopped the initial Prometey run and went for a perfect 5-of-5 from the field in the first half.
Viktoryia Hasper stepped up too. Center had 12 points on perfect 6-of-6 shooting and grabbed 10 rebounds for a efficiency rating of 23.
Yuliya Rytsikava struggled from the three point line but moved on to finish the game with 15 points.
Adrienne Webb chipped in with 11 points. Louisiana State graduate dished four assists before she was fouled out.
Bernice Mosby led Prometey with 26 points on 9-of-18 shooting from the field. Baylor star added seven rebounds for a team high efficiency rating of 24.
Oksana Mollova had 12 points and three steals, while Olha Dubrovina posted eight points and six assists.

Prometey scored eight quick points off turnovers and led by 10 points early in the game.
Horizont used size to secure the paint and slowed down Kamianske offense.
Minsk team won the first quarter 24-20. Prometey tied the game or regained the lead four times, including three short lived attempts in the third quarter.
Hasper and Verameyenka delivered another blow midway the second half to extend Horizont lead up to 13 points 76-63 with 08:20 left.
Prometey cut the gap to seven points 80-73 but turned the ball over in crucial moments.
Horizont outscored opponents in the paint 46-24 and had only six turnovers in the second half.
Minsk region team, coached by Nataliya Trafimava and Zlatan Presic, reached the EWBL final for the first time.
